I. Required Response Documents (including but not limited to):
1. Copy of the company’s qualification certificates, affixed with the official company seal.
2. Authorization letter and identification of the company’s legal representative.
3. Service proposal, including details such as company size, relevant experience, and project team composition.
II. Procurement Requirements: The procurement budget is capped at RMB 42,000. Bids exceeding this limit will be deemed invalid.
III. Scope of Services: Refer to the attached document for details.
IV. Submission Instructions:
All response materials must be placed in a sealed envelope, with the company’s official (fresh) seal affixed across the seal. Submit the sealed envelope to the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of the company.
