Ii. Technical Requirements
The maintenance period for this service is from March 1, 2025 to February 28, 2026.
2. The maintenance unit must have completed the filing in the "Social Fire Protection Technical Service Information System https://shhxf.119.gov.cn", and the basic information of the filing includes "Fire protection Facility maintenance, servicing and testing" as the type of service. 3. The area of the building to be maintained and serviced this time is 16,314.62 square meters. In the future, the actual area of the building to be maintained and serviced will be negotiated and signed with the tenderer each year.
The maintenance and service unit is required to provide free fire drills and fire safety education 1 to 2 times a year.
5. Cooperate and assist Guizhou Qianjin Rubber and Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. in various inspections and prepare for the inspections by the superior administrative departments.
6. In the event of a fire in the company, the maintenance and service company must promptly report the situation, arrive at the scene immediately for handling, participate in the relevant accident investigation, and provide technical support and guarantee.
7. Fill in the relevant on-site records and inspection records carefully.
8. Participate in the company's emergency drills and handle urgent matters around the fire control room.
9. A plan should be formulated and the testing, inspection and maintenance work should be carried out as planned to ensure that the fire protection facilities and equipment can be used normally and effectively.
10. After conducting monthly, quarterly and annual inspections and maintenance of all fire protection systems and terminals in the factory area, the results or reports should be in duplicate and signed by both parties for archiving.
When the fire control center discovers faults in fire protection facilities and equipment during its daily inspection, the maintenance and service company will immediately take measures to handle the situation upon receiving the notice.
12. The maintenance company provides the information of long-term maintenance personnel to the relevant departments of the company. When carrying out work, the maintenance personnel must abide by the relevant management regulations of the relevant departments of the company.
13. Provide training for the on-duty personnel of the company's fire control room, the configuration of the fire control host, the usage methods of on-site equipment implementation, and the practical operation of the fire control host in the control room, with at least one training service provided every quarter.
14. When the maintenance and service company conducts its first service work, it needs to conduct a comprehensive review, testing and inspection of the company's fire protection facilities and equipment, and form the "Basic Situation of XXX Fire Protection Facilities and Equipment". After being signed by both parties, each party shall keep one copy on file.
15. For the maintenance and upkeep of the company's fire protection facilities, it is necessary to strictly follow the work norms such as "Maintenance and Management of Building Fire Protection Facilities" (GB25201-2010) and "Technical Code for Maintenance of Building Fire Protection Facilities in Guizhou Province" DB52T 1152-2016.
