The Qianjin Rubber and Plastics Company's project for the annual production of 1.2 million inner tubes and 1.2 million cushion belts officially signed the "State-owned Construction Land Use Right Transfer Contract" with the Xiuwen County Natural Resources Bureau in September 2022. On January 8, the opening ceremony of the Guizhou Qianjin Rubber and Plastics Technology Co., Ltd. This project will focus on the construction of automotive tire supporting products, with a planned total investment of 64 million yuan.

The project is located in the Jiuchang Erguanba Industrial Park in Xiuwen County Industrial Park, with a total land area of 25,920.13 square meters. It plans to build two factory buildings and one comprehensive building. The project will be constructed in two phases. Phase I will mainly address the prominent issues of inner tube and cushion strip production sites, while creating conditions for the production of butyl inner tubes; Phase II will organize the production of high value-added products such as rubber tracks, air springs, and handcart tires. The project is planned to be completed within 12 months. It is expected that after reaching production capacity, it will achieve an annual output value of 106.99 million yuan, directly providing 170 jobs, and indirectly driving the development of upstream and downstream industries such as planting, logistics, and other service industries.
As the project construction unit, Qianjin Rubber and Plastics Company is an enterprise within the Guiyang Municipal Industrial Investment Company system. It originated from the Guizhou Tire Factory located in Jinguang Village, Yunyan District, through corporate restructuring and renaming. It engages in the production of rubber and plastic products, mainly providing product support for the listed company Guizhou Tire Co., Ltd. Based on national industrial policy guidance and the development needs of Guizhou Tire Co., Ltd., Qianjin Rubber and Plastics Company has chosen to build a factory in a different location this time. Through resource integration, scientific planning, and unified management, it will strengthen environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction, pollution control, and improve the efficiency of resource comprehensive utilization, promoting technological progress and structural upgrading, which is conducive to comprehensively improving the overall strength of the enterprise.
