Drawing on various typical cases and problems identified throughout the entire lifecycle of corporate contracts, Attorney Xu delivered an in-depth analysis, thoroughly dissecting the risk points at each stage of contract management—from issues related to contract numbering, the identity information of parties involved, the proper citation of laws and regulations, quality and quantity standards, acceptance procedures and transportation costs, invoicing and payment practices, liability for breach of contract, jurisdictional issues in court proceedings, and the number of contract copies. 9 Propose corresponding preventive measures for each aspect.

Zhao Zhenghong pointed out that contract management is a core component of enterprise management and a crucial step for enterprises to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests during the performance of contracts. Third, we need to establish a lifelong accountability mechanism for compliance management. A management approach for accountability in compliance oversight is to be formulated. Heads of all departments shall serve as the primary persons responsible for contract management, and contract handlers shall bear the primary responsibility for contract management.

After the training concluded, participants actively engaged in discussions and asked questions about the specialized training content.
