With the increasingly fierce market competition and the continuous changes in customer demands, Guizhou Qianjin Rubber and Plastic Technology Co., LTD. In order to scientifically improve the production site environment of the company and comprehensively promote the in-depth and solid implementation of lean production, it held the lean production kick-off conference on July 31, 2024. Members of the leadership team and the business and production team of Qianjin Rubber and Plastic attended this conference. At the kick-off meeting, first of all, the group leader of the consulting team elaborated in detail on the overall implementation plan of the lean production project, introducing the background, goals, main tasks, time nodes and expected results of the project. He also focused on explaining how to achieve a significant increase in production efficiency and effective cost control through key measures such as process optimization, standardized operations and inventory management improvement. Ensure that every step of improvement measures is based on scientific decision-making. Subsequently, at the project member appointment ceremony, all members of the project team solemnly took an oath, promising to strictly abide by the project discipline and ensure the success of the project. Yang Yiqing, a member of the Party Branch Committee and deputy general manager of Qianjin Rubber and Plastic, as the project leader of this factory project, expressed his confidence and determination in the project and promised to lead the team to fully promote it.

Comrade Zhao Zhenghong, a member of the Party Committee and deputy general manager of the Municipal Industrial and Commercial Assets Company, as well as the Party Branch Secretary and Chairman of Qianjin Rubber and Plastic, stated that today's conference marks the starting point for the company to open a new chapter, and profound changes must be made both in thought and action. He demanded that first, a lean production system should be established, with a goal-oriented approach, to face up to and address historical legacy issues. Fourth, the leadership team should take the lead in promoting changes in ideology and behavior, foster a prevailing trend of lean management, and jointly achieve the goal of lean production.
