To further strengthen awareness of integrity and self-discipline among Party members, leadership cadres, and employees, strictly enforce Party discipline, and advance comprehensive and rigorous Party governance, Guizhou Qianjin Rubber & Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Qianjin Rubber & Plastic), a subsidiary of Guiyang Industrial and Commercial Asset Management Company, held its first 2025 Party Conduct and Anti-Corruption Work Conference and Warning Education Session on January 21. The event was attended by over 20 participants, including the company’s leadership team, heads of departments and subsidiaries, and key personnel in critical roles. 

During the meeting, Wang Shiqiang, Discipline Inspection Committee Member of the company’s Party Branch, led a focused study on key articles, including "People’s Daily: Implementing the 'Dual Responsibilities of One Post'" and "The Importance of Resolutely Rectifying Mediocrity, Laziness, Slackness, and Procrastination in Work Style". He reviewed and summarized the Party conduct and integrity efforts undertaken by the company throughout 2024. He emphasized that the core of strengthening Party conduct lies in fulfilling primary responsibilities. Party organizations at all levels must earnestly assume their leadership role in this regard, while Party-member cadres must fully implement the “dual responsibilities”—being accountable for both business operations and integrity-building. As the company enters a new era of development, he stressed the need to govern the Party with a reform-oriented mindset and the highest standards, driving innovation and productivity while remaining compliant and disciplined. 

Wang Shiqiang also provided a comprehensive overview of his areas of responsibility in 2024, identified problems encountered, analyzed their root causes, and proposed targeted corrective measures. He laid out key priorities for 2025, including: Strengthening education on integrity and clean governance; diligently fulfilling primary supervisory duties; deepening the rectification of the “Four Undesirable Work Styles” (formalism, bureaucracy, hedonism, and extravagance); promoting a transformation in work style; and advancing the integrated approach to fighting corruption through deterrence, institutional safeguards, and cultural awareness. 

Zhao Zhenghong, Party Branch Secretary, Chairman, and General Manager of Qianjin Rubber & Plastic, delivered a keynote address. He reiterated that fulfilling “dual responsibilities” requires strengthened ideological commitment and close integration of Party conduct with business operations. He called for unified deployment, implementation, inspection, and evaluation of both Party and business work, with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. He emphasized the importance of team-building and highlighted that sound Party and political conduct is a driving force behind the company’s high-quality development. He underscored that clean governance and anti-corruption efforts are vital guarantees of the company’s healthy development and directly affect its prosperity or decline. All employees—especially leaders—must recognize the long-term, complex, and challenging nature of the anti-corruption struggle and internalize a deep sense of responsibility and mission to uphold integrity in their work. 

This meeting further strengthened employees’ awareness of self-discipline and clarified the direction and focus of the company’s integrity and anti-corruption agenda. Qianjin Rubber & Plastic will take this opportunity to enhance organizational leadership, improve institutional frameworks, and reinforce supervisory mechanisms to ensure effective implementation of all Party-related and operational work.
