Recently, Guizhou Qianjin Rubber and Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. held a trial production ceremony for the butyl inner tube production line of the first phase of the project with an annual output of 1.2 million inner tubes and 1.2 million gaskets. This project is located in the Jiuchang Erguanba Industrial Park of Xiwen County Industrial Park, with a total investment of 70.15 million yuan in the first phase.
Recently, Guizhou Qianjin Rubber and Plastic Technology Co., Ltd. held a trial production ceremony for the butyl inner tube production line of the first phase of the project with an annual output of 1.2 million inner tubes and 1.2 million gaskets. This project is located in the Jiuchang Erguanba Industrial Park of Xiwen County Industrial Park, with a total investment of 70.15 million yuan in the first phase.
According to the plan, the first phase of the project includes an annual production capacity of 300,000 natural rubber inner tubes, 400,000 butyl inner tubes and 500,000 gaskets. The project construction covers the construction of production workshops, warehouses, office buildings, as well as living and ancillary supporting facilities. The entire construction plan is expected to be completed within 12 months. Once it reaches full production capacity, the annual output value will reach 106.99 million yuan, directly creating 170 jobs. At the same time, it will also indirectly drive the development of upstream and downstream industries such as planting, logistics, and other service industries.
It is understood that the project was initiated at the beginning of this year and has received strong support from the Xiwen County Government and relevant functional departments such as the County Development and Reform Bureau, the County Industry and Information Technology Bureau, the County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the County Environmental Protection Bureau, and the County Economic Development Zone Management Committee. It has also been strongly guided by Guiyang Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. and Guiyang Industrial and Commercial Asset Management Co., LTD. Guizhou Qianjin Rubber and Plastic Company seized the project construction opportunity and completed the installation and commissioning of all kinds of equipment and facilities for the butyl inner tube production line of the first phase of the project within 8 months, achieving trial production.
Guizhou Qianjin Rubber and Plastic Company, as the project construction entity, is an enterprise within the system of Guiyang Industrial Investment Company. Its origin can be traced back to Guizhou Tyre Factory located in Jinguan Village, Yunyan District. Later, it was renamed through corporate system reform and mainly engages in the production of rubber and plastic products, providing product support for the listed company Guizhou Tyre Co., LTD.
In accordance with the national industrial policy orientation and the development needs of Guizhou Tyre Co., LTD., Guizhou Qianjin Rubber and Plastic Company has chosen to build a factory in another location.
