On January 8th, the groundbreaking ceremony for the project of Guizhou Qianjin Rubber and Plastic Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Qianjin Rubber and Plastic Company") to produce 1.2 million inner tubes and 1.2 million rubber belts annually was held in Xiwen County. The project will be built around the supporting products for automotive tires, with a planned total investment of 64 million yuan.

In September 2022, the project of Qianjin Rubber and Plastic Company to produce 1.2 million inner tubes and 1.2 million gaskets annually officially signed the "Contract for the Grant of State-owned Construction Land Use Rights" with the Natural Resources Bureau of Xiwen County. This project has been approved by Guiyang Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. and strongly guided by Guiyang Industrial and Commercial Asset Management Co., LTD. It has also received strong support from the People's Government of Xiwen County and relevant functional departments such as the County Development and Reform Bureau, the County Industry and Information Technology Bureau, the County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, the County Environmental Protection Bureau, and the Management Committee of the County Economic Development Zone.

This project is located in the Jiuchang Erguanba Industrial Park of Xiwen County Industrial Park, with a total land area of 25,920.13 square meters. It is planned to build two factory buildings and one comprehensive building. The project is constructed in two phases. The first phase mainly aims to address the prominent issues of the production sites for inner tubes and gaskets, and at the same time create conditions for the production of butyl inner tubes. The second phase of construction will organize and implement the production of high value-added products such as rubber tracks, air springs and power car tires. The planned construction period of the project is 12 months. It is expected that after reaching full production capacity, it will achieve an annual output value of 106.99 million yuan, directly provide 170 jobs, and indirectly drive the development of upstream and downstream industries such as planting, logistics and other service industries.

As the project construction entity, Qianjin Rubber and Plastic Company is an enterprise within the system of Guiyang Industrial Investment Company. It was renamed from Guizhou Tyre Factory located in Jinguan Village, Yunyan District through corporate system reform. The company is engaged in the production of rubber and plastic products and mainly provides product support for the listed company Guizhou Tyre Co., LTD. In accordance with the national industrial policy orientation and the development needs of Guizhou Tyre Co., LTD., this time, Qianjin Rubber and Plastic Company has chosen to build a factory in a different location. Through resource integration, scientific planning, and unified management, it strengthens environmental protection, energy conservation, emission reduction, pollution control, and the improvement of resource comprehensive utilization efficiency, promotes technological progress and structural upgrading, and is conducive to comprehensively enhancing the overall strength of the enterprise.
