15 In‑house Tire Louver Vehicle Customization Request for Quotation and Procurement Invitation to Bid Proposal
Guizhou Qianjin Rubber & Plastics Technology Co., Ltd. 15 Custom-made louvered car with a tire inner tube; technical specifications are:
1. Hundred-page car dimensions: 2600X960X1600;
2. Number of floors: 15 layer ;
3. Base material: National standard 12# Channel steel ;
4. Wheel load: 1.5T;
5. Panel material: 0.6mm Thick 304 Stainless steel panel ;
6. Space distance per floor 60mm;
7. Each panel edge must be spot-welded. , Hairless-edged thorn ;
8. The shelf panel’s opening and closing mechanism employs an adjustable tension-spring design. ;
9. A support point structure is provided at the rear midsection of the shelf. ;
10. Specification signs are installed on both sides. ;
11. The base is equipped with anti-collision rubber pads. ;
12. Steering wheels equipped with brakes on both the front and rear.
13. Paint color RAL7035。
Note: During the manufacturing of the louvered carriage, both parties may engage in consultation to optimize the design. Specific dimensional parameters of the louvered carriage are provided in Annex IV and Annex V.
