In accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the Procurement Management Measures of Guizhou Qianjin Rubber & Plastics Technology Co., Ltd. (Document No. Qianjin Rubber & Plastics Tongzi [2024] No. 8), the annual procurement of advertising service providers for Guizhou Qianjin Rubber & Plastics Technology Co., Ltd. was evaluated at 11:00 on March 6, 2026, in the Jiuchang Conference Room, using a request-for-quotation procurement method.
