At the launch meeting, Guizhou Tire delivered a special presentation on building a lean management system, systematically expounding the lean philosophy and implementation roadmap based on its own practical experience, and outlining the key initiatives for strategic cooperation. In his address, Jia Li emphasized the need to adhere to the principles of seeking truth from facts, tailoring approaches to local conditions, and prioritizing conceptual alignment, so as to design customized lean solutions that integrate the lean philosophy across all employees and throughout the entire value chain, thereby ensuring tangible results from the strategic partnership.
