To thoroughly identify and fortify the defense against freezing hazards, strengthen coordinated scheduling, and firmly enforce emergency responsibilities, the Party Branch of Qianjin Rubber & Plastics Company convened an emergency activation meeting, entering an emergency response mode. The company will adopt a normalized approach to handling sudden weather events, strictly implement the duty roster system, ensure smooth information flow, and respond swiftly. All areas under its jurisdiction—including factory premises, property management, personnel, and vehicles—will be meticulously inspected for sections prone to icing, such as main roads and steep slopes with sharp turns. At the same time, comprehensive checks will be conducted on equipment like fire hydrants and fire pumps to ensure uninterrupted fire water supply and eliminate any safety blind spots.
By implementing a “forward-positioned stockpiling” strategy, Qianjin Rubber & Plastic Co., Ltd. has fully stocked up on snow-melting and ice-removal materials, such as industrial salt, thereby ensuring that these supplies are “readily available, quickly deployable, and effectively usable” when emergencies occur, and thus firmly establishing the company’s safety defenses from the very outset.
