Carry out 2025 Annual Electrostatic Fire Accident and Emergency Evacuation Drill

Recently, hosted by the Municipal Industrial Investment Company and co-organized by the Municipal Industry and Commerce Asset Company, 2025 The annual electrostatic fire accident and emergency evacuation drill was held at Guizhou Qianjin Rubber & Plastics Technology Co., Ltd. Xing Zhenyong, Assistant to the General Manager of the Municipal Industrial Investment Company; Pu Xiaobo, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Municipal Industrial and Commercial Assets Company; and representatives from Guizhou Qianjin Rubber & Plastics… Leadership team members from the Technology Co., Ltd. attended, along with enterprises within the Municipal Industrial Investment Company system. 60 Others attended to observe and learn.

This drill simulated a fire triggered by static electricity in the finished-product warehouse. Immediately after the exercise began, the fire alarm signal was triggered on the main console in the fire control room, pinpointing the exact location of the blaze as the inner-tire quality inspection storage area on the second floor of the finished-product warehouse. On-duty personnel promptly alerted the staff working in the finished-product warehouse to head to the scene for verification and initiated firefighting efforts among nearby workers right away. At the same time, they swiftly reported the situation to company leadership. Following a comprehensive assessment, the Level 2 response of the company's fire emergency plan was activated. The on-site rescue team, evacuation guidance team, security perimeter team, and medical aid team then carried out their prearranged tasks, successfully extinguishing the fire and ensuring the safe evacuation of all personnel.

After the drill concluded, Pu Xiaobo provided his commentary on the exercise. He first congratulated everyone on the successful execution of the drill and acknowledged the achievements attained. He emphasized that electrostatic fires are highly concealed and difficult to prevent, underscoring the need to eliminate complacency—instead, we must maintain a high level of vigilance and enforce stringent management practices. At the same time, he pointed out several issues uncovered during the drill, including delays in command transmission, insufficient risk awareness among some personnel, and inadequate proficiency in operating fire-fighting equipment. To address these challenges, he stressed the importance of strengthening targeted education, training, and hands-on practice, while also refining emergency response plans further, ultimately enhancing our overall capacity for effective crisis management.

During his concluding remarks, Xing Zhenyong emphasized that this emergency drill is not the "end point" of safety efforts, but rather the "starting point" for continuous improvement and reinforcement of safety practices. He urged all subsidiaries to place high priority on emergency management, consistently refine their accident response plan systems, strengthen emergency rescue teams, effectively allocate emergency resources, and regularly conduct drills tailored to their own organizational characteristics. By engaging in hands-on training, companies can enhance their ability to handle emergencies, ensuring rapid responses to unexpected incidents while minimizing both human casualties and property damage.

This emergency drill effectively tested the practicality and operability of the "Guizhou Qianjin Rubber & Plastics Technology Co., Ltd. Fire Accident Emergency Response Plan," significantly enhancing employees' abilities to respond swiftly, conduct effective rescue operations, and carry out orderly evacuations in the event of a fire. Through this realistic, hands-on exercise, the company further strengthened its employees' safety awareness and their capacity for self-rescue and mutual assistance, fostering a positive safety culture characterized by "Everyone Participates in Fire Prevention—Safety First: Use Fire and Electricity Responsibly." As a result, the overall level of fire safety management within the company has been powerfully advanced.
